What is print on demand?

Each Dream Lines product is made to order. This means nothing is printed until you place your order — no excess stock, no waste. It is our way of staying true to a conscious and sustainable approach to creation.

How long does production take?

Your order goes into production within 2 to 4 working days after payment. Please allow a little time — each piece is made with care.

How long does shipping take?

We ship from France. Once your order has been dispatched:

France: 2 to 3 working days
European Union: 3 to 10 working days
Rest of the world: 5 to 14 working days

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to the United States.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order arrives in recycled and recyclable cardboard packaging — no plastic, ever. The Dream Lines name appears on the parcel, so the unboxing experience feels like a small gift to yourself.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at chloe@chloebordils.com within 14 days of receipt and we will find the right solution for you.

Are the materials sustainable?

Yes. Our tote bags are made from recycled cotton and recycled polyester, certified GOTS or AWARE. No new resources, no unnecessary production. Every piece is limited by design.
