Shipping

All Dream Lines products are made on demand and printed by TPOP, our sustainable print-on-demand partner based in France.

Production time: 3–5 business days
Delivery time: 5–10 business days (Europe) / 10–20 business days (rest of the world)
Shipping is available worldwide.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that as items are made to order, production and delivery times may vary slightly depending on demand.

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is made on demand especially for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at chloe@chloebordils.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production will have already begun and cancellations will no longer be possible.
